My problem is that, despite the numerous emails, no one bothered to explain this process to me nor did any of the employees attempt to help me at all. She explained the process and why this long wait had happened, which I fully understand. I ended up receiving a call from the CMO. Truly a lost FNO which pales in comparison Openserve installing here with better packages and prices. The build was completed 10 weeks ago at time of this review. ![]() I'm glad Openserve is building within our area now because Metrofibre would definitely be one of my lowest choices for an internet connection.ĮDIT: Emailed the email provided in the response, which is the same email address I always use anyway, and received a generic reply that the building can only be live once the build is completed. But they have the audacity to call and say fibre is live within my area and that I can place an order through them as the ISP, which is more expensive than the best ISP's in the country. This company is quite useless when it comes to communication and the staff have no clue what they are doing nor do they reply to your emails. Trenching was completed approximately 6 months ago and the build within the complex completed 10 weeks ago (as of time of review) yet we are still not live while many buildings and the rest of the area is live.
